We welcome up to two pets per household, including large dogs and all breeds with a $200 up front pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per cat and $50 monthly pet rent per dog. Those residents with dogs are required to have Renters Insurance including liability insurance.  Please ask the Leasing Office for additional details.

Because our community operates under the federal LIHTC program, applicants must meet specific maximum gross income requirements to qualify for residency. 

​The rent and income limits at East Falls Apartments are restricted based on 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). To qualify for these affordable housing units, your total household annual gross income cannot exceed the maximum 60% AMI cap, which varies depending on the number of occupants in your household. Please speak with our leasing team for the exact up-to-date income brackets as they change on an annual basis.
